I’m Zielle, a christian homeschooler. This is a blog where I post my ramblings, stories, thoughts, photos, and the little joys of the homeschool life.

First of all, my name is not pronounced Zee-elle, it’s pronounced, simply, Zeal (zeel). 🙂

I love writing. Blogging, journal writing, anything related to writing I love. Writing is the closest I can get to magic; it lets my imagination soar, and makes things come alive for me that I wish were really real.

I am a bookworm. If there is a book I am really interested in, I will read the whole thing straight without stopping; except for a few necessary breaks. I’m a big fan of our family’s favorites, Janette Oke, Arnold Ytreeide, and the Trailblazer series. I also love Adventures In Odyssey! I just love the feeling of completing a book.

I love to make new friends, online, and face to face. I can’t wait to meet all you lovelies out there!

 

I guess I’m an ambivert. I just recently found out the meaning of this word. I’m shy, but when I really get into something, I can be random and loud.   I love making new friends, but I’m not really the type to start up a conversation.

I’ve been playing the piano for about 8 years I think. And I love it. I don’t take piano lessons anymore, so I learn of YouTube. If I could play another instrument, I’d love to play the flute, or the piccolo.

I wear glasses. 

I love nature. I love observing nature and writing about it. It’s all so beautiful, and I’m amazed at the beauty of God’s creations! I also love Science.

My favorite colors are blue, green, purple, and pink! Just any pastel colors.

I like photography, but I still need to bring myself to learn the settings. 😛
